At Tical Athletics, we stand by the quality of our performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging and securely seal the box or mailer.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
